Support The Garden
Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden counts on the support of thousands of people to make it grow and thrive. Whether you are a philanthropist looking to make our region a better place, a family looking to support a true community asset or a person looking for a place to contribute your talents, we would love to have your support.
The Garden is honored to receive support in many forms. We conduct an annual campaign each fall as well as periodic capital campaigns for special projects. Currently we are raising funds for our newest project, Lost Hollow: The Kimbrell Children’s Garden. We are also grateful to receive support for planned giving and many other avenues.
Although members of Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden receive a host of benefits at all levels, our mission would be impossible to meet without the support of our individual and family members. We are also grateful to those willing to give at the higher Evergreen Society Levels. Area companies can also join our mission to make the Charlotte region a healthier place to live and work by becoming part of our Healthy Employee Membership Program.
With more than 120 developed acres and an operation 363 days per year, the Garden requires many man-hours from a small staff to keep things running smoothly. Fortunately, the Garden has a small army of dedicated volunteers who take time from their busy schedules to assist every department. Whether they’re from Fort Mill S.C., Denver, N.C., or anywhere in between, these volunteers ensure the Garden is always ready for guests.
