Private Holiday Events

Holiday Package includes

• Two hours of setup time and one hour of breakdown time
• Assistance of a DSBG staff member to coordinate setup and breakdown
• Complimentary parking and access to the Garden and holiday displays from 5 to 9 p.m.

Holiday Package pricing & availability

Holiday packages are available in November and December and Sunday – Friday.

• Up to four hours from 6 to 10 p.m.
• All evening events can extend for an additional hourly charge until midnight (includes breakdown time)
• The Great Hall in the Visitor Pavilion can be rented for up to 120 guests

Subject to availability. The Garden is open to the public until 9 p.m. during Holidays at the Garden. The use of musicians requires pre-approval. All rental events must use the Garden’s exclusive partner, Best Impressions Caterers, for all catering and event equipment rental.
