Join us On February 9th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for our annual, members only Winter Revive! This event is focused on promoting health and wellness during the winter months by providing activities and healthy eating options for the whole family. This year, we will have multiple fun activities aimed to get members moving including fitness classes, guided walks, and a chance to work with one of our Gardening staff to make our Garden beautiful, while also getting a work out. A healthy breakfast will also be provided.

11:00 am: Carolina Thread Trail Hike led by Emma Rose Parker, Program Coordinator from Catawba Lands Conservancy and Carolina Thread Trail (Persimmon Trail to Seven Oaks Preserve Trail and back)

- Carolyn Erickson (AKA Real Food Carolyn) is a Wellness Advocate and will be sharing her knowledge and experiences using therapeutic essential oils for natural health. Highlights of her presentation will include ways to stay healthy through the Winter and Spring seasons, options to support your moods and emotions during this cold days, plus a few natural DIYs for home and garden.
- Mia Voss is a Certified NASM Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga, and Fitness Coach at Orangetheory. She has a passion for health and wellness, and loves to utilize yoga as a means of cross training, injury prevention, exercise, and relaxation.
