Join us to experience the gentle and flowing movements of Tai Chi, the perfect exercise for mind and body fitness. Tai Chi is a health and fitness exercise that helps relieve chronic joint and muscle pain, improves balance, enhances bone density, improves mood, counteracts stress, and improves overall markers of wellness. Ages 12+.
Thursdays, June 13, 20, 27 & July 11, 18, 25; 6 – 7 p.m.
Instructor: Camilo Sanchez, Master Instructor and Chinese Medicine Practitioner
$20/Session or $99/Six-Week Series
