Start with a guided walk through the peaceful forest grounds of the Garden and absorb all that nature has to offer. The walk will be followed by a soothing guided meditation and we’ll finish the experience with sips of warm herbal tea. Benefits include improved relaxation, sounder sleep and a higher sense of inner peace. No experience required. Ages 8+. Donations accepted.
