Candlelight Restorative Yoga Workshop

Restorative yoga works to balance our sympathetic (fight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous systems to help us feel optimal. The poses are gentle and held anywhere from 1-20 minutes so you can let go of chronic tension and anxiety by quieting the mind and allowing the body to deeply relax. No yoga experience required, bring a mat. Ages 14+.
