The Robert Lee Stowe Pavilion at DSBG is uniquely designed to accommodate meetings
up to 300. Equipped with the latest audio-visual and telecommunications capabilities,
the Pavilion’s meeting rooms offer a professional environment in the heart of a nationally acclaimed botanical garden. An atmosphere sure to refresh, rejuvenate and inspire.
During Garden Business Hours
Your choice of meeting spaces:-
Garland Boardroom ~ Formal setting with private patio and spectacular
view, for groups of up to 18.
- Wren Rooms ~ Two versatile, beautifully
appointed rooms with garden views, for groups of
60 when rooms are
adjoined, and 30 each when partitioned.
- Great Hall ~ Magnificent space with a sweeping
panorama of the Four Seasons Garden, for groups of
300 theatre-style, or 200 roundtable or banquet-style.
- Portrait Galleries ~ Extra-wide hallways near the
Portrait Galleries provide space for breakout sessions
or beverage
service.
- Garden Terraces ~ Garden terraces adjoin all meeting
rooms, offering a variety of casual, elegant settings
for breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, meals
or social-hour gatherings.
Any combination of these indoor and outdoor spaces
can be rented for one half-day (morning, afternoon
or evening) or the entire day. DSBG staff offers turnkey
assistance with catering, equipment rental and any
other meeting-related needs.
After Hours
The entire Robert Lee Stowe Pavilion, with its classic
interior, outdoor terraces, and sweeping views of the
Gardens, provides a marvelous environment for evening
meetings, receptions and dinners.
