SUMMER SERIES AT GARDEN CREATES BUZZ

Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens Wild About Summer series continues July 17 with Wild-Life! from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Garden guests can get close and personal with creatures big and small, slimly and crawly, furry and fanged.
Guests will discover some of the four and six-legged critters that reside in gardens and how they can create, improve and certify their own garden habitat. Partnering organizations will also be on hand to showcase a few of the critters that live around us, including the Schiele Museum, Carolina Waterfowl Rescue and the Gaston County Beekeepers Association.
The Wild About Summer series continues with Wild-Wings!, Saturday, Aug. 7, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
