Fall planted bulbs for late winter/early spring bloom. Most selections are not only permanent but improve over the years. Divide when they get too crowded and stop blooming. They need sun while they have foliage. Leave foliage until it turns yellow. Feed with balanced fertilizer in fall and early spring. Daffodils grow well in most soils except excessively poorly drained ones.
