Something for Everyone DSBG Events
Beekeeping for Beginners

Learn what it takes to be a hobbyist beekeeper! This class will show you how to get started, what supplies you need, and how to properly inspect a hive. Along the way, learn more about the life of a bee – a truly amazing insect. Whether you’re interest is as a hobby or a profession, beekeeping is a fun and rewarding experience that leaves a “sweet bonus” for you each year!

Instructor: Sally Adams, Owner, Mama Beehive Honey Farm and South Carolina certified journeyman beekeeper
